Welcome to Hall Place and Gardens

One of the South East’s best-kept secrets. This historic house and garden, rich in fascinating history, welcomes visitors all year round with a range of exhibitions and public events and stunning spaces for weddings and other celebrations. Garden entry is free.

 

Important notice – Hall Place & Gardens

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic,

The Historic House, Visitor Centre, Shop, Riverside Cafe, Glasshouse, Bird Hide, Butterfly Jungles Experience and All About Owls are now closed until further notice. All public events due to be held at Hall Place between now and the end of June have been cancelled

The gardens around the historic house and over the river currently remain open for you to enjoy. Please enter and exit the gardens via the double green gate next to the Miller & Carter restaurant. Please be advised that there is no access to toilets onsite

When visiting please follow the government guidance on social distancing https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-of-health-and-social-care
