World War I Song Recital

Step back in time and immerse yourself in well known songs from the First World War performed in period dress, and discover more about Hall Place during this period.

Sidcup Symphony Orchestra

We are delighted to welcome the SSO to Hall Place for an evening featuring a selection of their much loved music.

The SSO will be choosing their favourites from their wide repertoire to play in the magnificent Great Hall.

Adams, the Butler in a Grand Regency House

Come and hear about the true nature of life ‘below stairs’, including servants duties and the practices employed to keep a household in good order. Mr Adams will also explain the ‘Honours of the Table’  (the complexities and etiquette associated with dining) and the ‘ceremony’ of  taking of tea.
