Doors open

The access time to the event location will be specified on the website and on ticket information. Ticket holders will not be allowed access prior to this time. Facilities are available in the Visitor Centre from 9:30am to 5pm daily

In order to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff we ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell, or have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19.   We recommend undertaking a lateral flow test before attending.

In the event you are unable to attend a event due to testing positive for Covid or are required to self-isolate, we will endeavour to re allocate your ticket to another date for the same event, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the popularity of events. We apologise but we will not be able to issue refunds in these circumstances. In the event of a single date event we will not be able to offer a ticket exchange / refund.

In the event someone is able to attend in your place, please ensure that they are aware of the full ticket information and have the appropriate ticket.  Admission can only be given to the person(s) in possession of the valid ticket.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase has been made except in the unlikely event of cancellation (see below)

We reserve the right to cancel in the unlikely event the named performance/ activity is unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond our control or not performed in full. All monies paid will be refunded to the customer.
