Covid

In order to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff we ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell, or have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19.   We recommend undertaking a lateral flow test before attending.

In the event you are unable to attend a event due to testing positive for Covid or are required to self-isolate, we will endeavour to re allocate your ticket to another date for the same event, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the popularity of events. We apologise but we will not be able to issue refunds in these circumstances. In the event of a single date event we will not be able to offer a ticket exchange / refund.

In the event someone is able to attend in your place, please ensure that they are aware of the full ticket information and have the appropriate ticket.  Admission can only be given to the person(s) in possession of the valid ticket.
