Treasure Island

It’s pirate ships, pieces of eight and salty old sea dogs for Summer 2021 in Quantum Theatre’s swashbuckling new adaptation of the classic pirate adventure, Treasure Island.

Bursting with buccaneers, brouhaha and dastardly double dealings this lively new adaptation delivers an action-packed adventure for the whole family.

So why not pack a picnic, bring a blanket and come along for an afternoon of outdoor fun, excitement and adventure.

£12 for adults, £8 for children. 2 yrs and under free. Book online or in person at Hall Place.

Performance starts at 2pm, gates open 1pm. The performance lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, with a 10 minute interval.

Location: Our outdoor theatre takes place in the open gardens on grass. The performance will go ahead even if it is raining. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.

Who would like this: Family groups with children aged 3-11 years.  2 years and under free. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What to bring:  Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Picnic blankets and chairs are welcomed, no seating is provided. Blankets will be positioned at the front and chairs at the back to allow everyone to see the performance. You are welcome to bring your own picnic, although we do have a café on site where you can purchase food and drinks.

Covid safe info: Please follow all onsite safety signage, we are still encouraging visitors to wear a face covering indoors when you use the toilets and queuing for the cafe. Please space yourself out from other groups when seated for the performance. These measures will help keep everyone safe and healthy. Do not attend if you or anyone in your household/bubble group are showing symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been contacted to self-isolate by NHS track & trace

Accessibility & Facilities: This event is held on grass over a large area next to the historic house. The entrance to the performance is through the double green gate to the right of the Miller & Carter restaurant. Gates open at 1pm, an hour before the performance begins.   • Hall Place does not offer refunds on ticket sales. We operate a policy of unallocated seating for our events.
