Find all the festive posters hidden in the grounds to complete your trail sheet.
Includes a small prize. Purchase your trail sheet from the Riverside Café. Bring your own pencil or buy one for 50p. Pay on the day. The trail will not be available on the 24-26, 31 December 2023 & 1 January 2024
Location: Located outside in the gardens. Pick up your trail sheet from the Riverside Café in the Visitors Centre
Who would like this: Family groups with children aged 3-10 years. Advise one trail sheet per child. Families with under 3’s welcome at their own discretion. The younger the child, the more teamwork required.
What to bring: Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes for walking the site over uneven ground and grass areas. Bring a pen or pencil with you or buy one from the shop
How does it work: There are 9 trail posters in the grounds at Hall Place each with a different picture. Find the trail posters to complete your trail sheet. You will need a pencil to do this, bring your own or buy one for 50p. Our trails are designed for all the family to participate, but you only need buy the trail sheet for each child taking part.
Accessibility & Facilities: All trail sheets are bagged up with the prize so that you do not need to return to the café. There may be a queue for the trails at peak times. Please remember to socially distance especially inside. If you are able, ask one person to queue so that the rest of the group don’t get bored. Please note that the trail will not be available on the 24-26, 31 December 2023 & 1 January 2024. This event is held on uneven parkland. Covid this winter: Face coverings are encouraged in all indoor areas including the toilets, café and shop when covid numbers are high
